By accessing or using MortgageAiQ (“the Service”), a product of Nexlock.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of service
MortgageAiQ provides mortgage savings estimates based on information you provide and current market data. The Service is designed to help you evaluate whether refinancing your mortgage could save you money. MortgageAiQ is not a lender and does not make loan offers or lending decisions.
Estimates are not guarantees
The savings estimates provided by MortgageAiQ are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a commitment to lend, a loan offer, or a guarantee of any specific rate, term, or savings amount.
Actual loan terms, rates, and savings depend on your complete financial profile, property appraisal, lender requirements, and market conditions at the time of application. Estimates are based on assumptions that may not reflect your actual situation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- Do not impersonate another person or entity
Rate monitoring
If you opt in to rate monitoring, we will send notifications when market conditions change in a way that may affect your refinancing calculation. This service is provided at no cost and you may opt out at any time. We do not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of monitoring notifications.
Third-party services
If you choose to proceed with a loan application, you will be connected with a licensed loan officer or lending institution. Your relationship with that lender is governed by their own terms and conditions. MortgageAiQ is not responsible for the actions, terms, or services of third-party lenders.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Nexlock.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlock.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on estimates or recommendations provided by the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
